We never include receipts in our gift baskets. Only the sender receives email prices/receipts for their order.

UPS requests the recipient's phone number to contact them if there is an issue with the delivery. We will not contact your gift recipients via phone unless we are having problems with delivery. If you do not have your recipient's number you can provide us with your number and UPS will contact you if necessary.

Fortunately, each gift basket is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Our customizable options give you the assurance that no two baskets will be the same. Some baskets may have some similarities, but no two baskets will be identical. PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS: In the rare instance when demand outstrips supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

We guarantee your satisfaction, and we want you to enjoy your gift basket. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, receive a damaged shipping item, or simply change your mind. Cancellations: We will refund 100% of the purchase price back to the original form of payment if the cancellation request has been raised on the same day the payment was initiated. Returns/Exchanges: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and/or exchange if the gift basket item is damaged during shipping. A: Due to local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to recipients 21 years and older living in all states EXCEPT Gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to recipients 21 years of age or older in all states EXCEPT MS, SD, and UT due to local ordinances. To purchase gift baskets containing wine, You must be 21 years and older to purchase gift baskets containing wine.
